One of the highlights of the training was the exposure to multiple styles of yoga, including Hatha, Yin, and Ashtanga Vinyasa. This multi-style approach allowed me to explore different aspects of yoga and find the style that resonates most with me. The diversity in yoga styles also made the practice sessions varied and enriching.

Beach yoga sessions near the Ganga offer a peaceful and scenic practice environment, while acro yoga classes on the beach add an element of fun and challenge. The sound healing classes were a unique experience, promoting deep relaxation and mental clarity. A dynamic form of yoga called Ashtanga Vinyasa involves breathing in time with a series of postures that are meant to increase strength, flexibility, and endurance. Physically difficult, it places a strong emphasis on concentration and meditation.

In order to establish harmony and balance to the body and mind, Hatha Yoga is a classic form of yoga that emphasizes physical postures (asanas), breath control (pranayama), and meditation. The Sanskrit term “Hatha,” which mean “forceful” or “willful,”. Asanas strengthen and purify the body, and pranayama calms the mind and develop awareness. People of all ages and skill levels are able to practise this gentle and open-ended style of yoga.

Pranayam is a breathing method that can be used to expand the lung capacity, lower tension and anxiety, enhance focus, and regulate the body’s energy flow. It is frequently used in conjunction with meditation and yoga asanas to enhance general health and wellbeing.
