Introduction of Topic that will be covered in 200Hrs TTC

A dynamic form of yoga called Ashtanga Vinyasa involves breathing in time with a series of postures that are meant to increase strength, flexibility, and endurance. Physically difficult, it places a strong emphasis on concentration and meditation.

In order to establish harmony and balance to the body and mind, Hatha Yoga is a classic form of yoga that emphasizes physical postures (asanas), breath control (pranayama), and meditation. The Sanskrit term “Hatha,” which mean “forceful” or “willful,”. Asanas strengthen and purify the body, and pranayama calms the mind and develop awareness. People of all ages and skill levels are able to practise this gentle and open-ended style of yoga.

Pranayam technique involves controlling the breath to enhance one’s physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Pranayam is a breathing method that can be used to expand the lung capacity, lower tension and anxiety, enhance focus, and regulate the body’s energy flow. It is frequently used in conjunction with meditation and yoga asanas to enhance general health and wellbeing.

Meditation is a technique that involves training the mind to focus and become more aware of the present moment, allowing one to achieve a state of calmness and relaxation. It has numerous physical and mental health benefits, including reducing stress and anxiety, improving sleep quality, and increasing overall wellbeing.

Yoga philosophy is the term used to describe the ages-old ideas and teachings that guide modern yoga. It includes numerous aspects of Indian philosophy, such as philosophical, spiritual, and ethical ideas. Yoga philosophy’s fundamental goals are to advance self-awareness, inner tranquilly, and harmony with the environment.
